4. Collaborate with relevant partners for innovation development or commercialization with appropriate acknowledgment and consent.

The Directorate of Research Development and Innovation shall:

1. Maintain confidentiality of all unpublished materials, prototypes and sensitive information.
2. Ensure the creator(s) receive proper acknowledgment in every use or reference of the work.
3. Seek written consent before commercial use, modification or distribution beyond institutional purposes.
